Meet Ms. A

The ASAP team is in Kuala Lumpur For Women Deliver, and we are excited about the conference, and the upcoming release of our new animated film, “From Unwanted Pregnancies To Safe Abortion.”

The idea for this film came to us at IWAC, earlier this year. Since then we’ve been working hard to release this on time for May 28, the first anniversary of the launch of the International Campaign For Women’s Rights To Safe Abortion.

The film has one purpose: we want to show that women affected by the lack of access to safe abortion are people, not mere numbers. They have lives, cares, a family, an ambition, and a future. The ability to control their body and fertility can empower them and give them the ability to plan their life and their future.

Ms. A in our film is any Asian woman. Maybe even a young girl!

She needs an abortion, but will she find access to safe, legal, affordable services? Please visit this site tomorrow to watch the entire 7 min film.

Thank you as always for your support!
